Snail Trek - Chapter 4: The Final Fondue Download Utorrent For Android

Updated: Mar 18, 2020

About This Game Snail Trek - Chapter 4: The Final Fondue is the final in a series of four "20 minute adventures" where you take on the role of a crew of snails on a journey to a new home world. In the style of the early Sierra Online adventure games, Snail Trek has colorful EGA-ish graphics and a text parser interface. Relive the nostalgia in these bite-sized adventures - but without all the pain. Autosaves, a text parser with auto-suggest, and puzzles with no dead ends, all combine to bring this old genre into the modern era.In Chapter 4, it seems like the end is near. You've fallen into a trap and your entire civilization may be doomed. Can you muster your courage and cleverness one last time to save the day?Key Features Switchable characters - solve puzzles by having the snails work together. Autosaves - no need to save every few minutes (though you still can if you want). A text parser with both auto-suggest and auto-correct - fat finger your way to puzzle glory (but you can turn them off if you want to suffer more greatly). A text parser that understands what objects are in front of you, so you can be lazy and just type things like 'get' or 'look'. CRT emulation mode that gives those pixels an ever-so-slightly fuzzy look. A stereophonic score. Cute snails. Deaths (but hey, autosaves). No dead ends! Puzzle your way around with impunity! Widescreen aspect ratio, since monitors are more rectangular now. a09c17d780 Title: Snail Trek - Chapter 4: The Final FondueGenre: Adventure, IndieDeveloper:Phil FortierPublisher:Phil FortierFranchise:Snail TrekRelease Date: 29 Mar, 2018 Snail Trek - Chapter 4: The Final Fondue Download Utorrent For Android a fun adventure game in the spirit of 80s classic adventure games.. Bottom line at the top: The final entry in this series of bizarre games is the most well polished. Overall though my pro\/meh\/con list for this chapter is basically the same as it was for previous chapters:Pros------------------------------------------Super classic early Sierra Online-esque style text parser interface. -Incorporates modern quality of life updates (text autocorrect, in game hints).-Good music.-Can die like in classic Sierra games but has built in autosave and retry functions.-CRT emulation is nice touch for the nostalgia factor.-can use shift key to walk faster without having to enter game settings-Picking up pixels (a la Thimbleweed Park)-Dual Character useMeh.------------------------------------------Short over all (about an hour) but longer than the previous 3 chapters-Ending to the series is kind of anticlimactic.Cons------------------------------------------No major complaints!Overall the whole series is a fun nostalgic trip down memory lane for O.G. P&C aficionados. The ending leaves you wanting to see the story continue but its a silly game anyway so its not that much of a letdown. I really hope the developer is able to make other games (hopefully longer) using the text parser style in the future as I think he did quite well with this series. You can pick up the whole series for under 3 bucks so if your interested in playing I suggest grabbing the bundle.. Again (And again... And again ! ), Good Old Sierra games for the newbies, in a shell ? ( ^^ And... What are you waiting for ? Well, ok, maybe it'll better to take the whole snail's bundle, instead of each separate episodes ? ). I put off playing part 4 because I didn't want it to end. And now I finished it and I'm sad there is no more. If you enjoyed old Sierra adventures, like Space Quest, you'll enjoy this. Period.. This game continues the series solid gameplay and well-designed puzzles with a thrilling series of puzzles leading to a shocking conclusion. If you haven't played these before, you absolutely must start from the first chapter and go through the series. It is well worth it!. Again (And again... And again ! ), Good Old Sierra games for the newbies, in a shell ? ( ^^ And... What are you waiting for ? Well, ok, maybe it'll better to take the whole snail's bundle, instead of each separate episodes ? ). Beautiful ending!. If you like old school adventures, this series ia a must buy.Its very short indeed, but this game doesent require alot of time to make you chuckle.Kudos to the ammount of little details, like how the music dimms when you go into the menue, the sweet bash esk autocompletion, or the actually really "sexy" CRT mode.Totally looking forward to see more from this dev.. Not sure why the creator wanted to kill off his own series, especiall with all the setup in the previous 3 for a peaceful resolution... Still this has been a fantastic ride and I highly recomend it.The multi-platform text parser engine he created fir this game could be a thing to sell by itself, I know I'd buy it. :P
